Sea to Sky (STS) Mobility is a Squamish-based orthopaedic equipment distribution company.  Our sales help fund community health care projects, including prehabilitation, perioperative care, and group-rehabilitation sessions. The STS Mobility office is located at 37979 Cleveland Avenue (upstairs) in Squamish.

Hours of Operation:

Monday: 7 pm – 9 pm
Tuesday: 4 pm – 6 pm
Thursday: 7 am – 9 am

Welcome to the very first #MobilityMonday!!
This week is all about calves, or cows if you're a track sprinter or russian dancer.
Find a wall, or a friend or really anything to lean against that won't topple over (friend choice is key here.) Next, put one leg behind the other in a lunge position and push your rear heel down, while making sure your toes point 30 degrees in.
Calf Stretch with the medial bias is the most effective way without harming your plantar fascia or Achillies tendon. The 30 degrees of rotation of the toes maintains the arch so you can feel the stretch without creating a burn.
