Clinical Pilates is taught by a Registered Physiotherapist and is tailored to your specific needs and individual injuries as a form of exercise therapy. All clinical Pilates sessions are private one-on-one appointments using a variety of Pilates specific equipment.
Clinical Pilates combines the traditional Pilates exercise repertoire with the principles of physiotherapy. The principles of Pilates include deep core activation and strengthening (abdominals and pelvic floor), movement control, posture, spinal alignment, and breathing. Clinical Pilates works to retrain and integrate movement patterns to help you recover from or prevent injuries.
