WHAT TO EXPECT

All Sea to Sky Physiotherapy treatment sessions are one-on-one, to allow time to properly assess your unique problems and concerns. Upon your first appointment, you will receive a comprehensive individual assessment that focuses on a holistic approach to determine the true cause of the problem. Client education explains the treatment plan, the prognosis and prevention of future injury. Upon a comprehensive assessment, a variety of treatment methods may be used, with your consent.

WHAT IS PHYSIOTHERAPY?

Physiotherapy is anchored in movement sciences and aims to enhance or restore function of multiple body systems. The profession is committed to health, lifestyle and quality of life.  Our therapists aim to provide the best treatment to facilitate your healing in the quickest time possible.

WHAT TO WEAR?

Wear something comfortable – either loose fitting clothes, or you can bring shorts and/or a tank top that you can change into, to allow access to area(s) of the body to be assessed.
