We want to continue to support our clients, in light of the COVID-19 crisis. We want you to keep moving and stay healthy, as such, we are continuing to provide physiotherapy consults through online and telephone appointments, known as Telehealth. We can provide movement assessments, rehab training programs, exercise programs, as well as education or advice surrounding your injury.
Your smart phone, tablet or computer with a webcam. As long as you have a camera, a microphone and access to the internet, we can provide Telehealth services. The link will direct you to Physitrack’s app – Physiapp. If you don’t have access to the internet, we can also set up a phone call consult as an alternative.
Some extended health insurance covers Telehealth while others do not. While we do direct billing for in-person appointments, we do not do direct billing for Telehealth appointments as we don’t have reception as we are not operating out of our clinic.
